The HR Business Partner will have the following experience: – Have post graduation experience of 3 years or more in a HR function. – Have experience of working in industry within a large global organisation. – Posses a demonstrable understanding of regional labour laws and processes specific to all aspects of HR. – Have demonstrable experience of working towards wider HR objectives either within a local geography / region or as part of a global strategy. – Excellent communications skills, self motivated and organised (Arabic speaking is an advantage but not essential). Minimum qualification – Holds a degree or diploma qualification in a relevant field. Should be looking to undertake further academic qualifications or be currently studying for this.
