Human Resources Officer at Millennium Challenge Account – Jordan

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities • Assist the Finance Director in all human resource related issues. • Assist in the preparation and implementation of MCA-Jordan staffing plans including developing job descriptions, advertising staff vacancies, assessing applications, interviewing applicants, giving selection tests, preparing reports, making recommendations to management about staff appointments and issuing offer letters to selected candidates • Develop the forms and procedures for HR related issues • Maintain records related to HR issues • Develop and implement the procedure for staff appraisal and corresponding incentive scheme • Manage all day-to-day HR issues according to internal by-laws • Initiate and recommend policies for all staff entitlements/benefits such as annual leave, health insurance, bonus, etc.
