The job requirements for this position are very specific and applicants who apply who dont possess the following criteria need not apply : 20 – 25 years experience of delivering major mixed-use or healthcare projects Solid work history ( absolutely essential ) Proven experience working for Tier 1 contractors or construction management companies Western educated with Engineering or Construction related degree Ideally GCC experience but not essential is projects are relevant This is an urgent position so candidates on a notice period in excess of 1 month will be at a disadvantage.
