The Job We are seeking a motivated and pro-active candidate to join lead, manage and motivate a team of Senior Relationship Managers, Assistant RMs and support staff whose responsibilities cover all aspects of commercial lending, credit reviews and approvals, business marketing, new account acquisition / sale of account services packages, maximising return for HBME and the HSBC Group through customised products and excellent service, and through leveraging HBME’s local and international network, with particular emphasis on robust and sustainable excellence in sales and service built upon good training, motivation and development of all managers and staff at various experience levels. Key responsibilities: ? To manage a team of Corporate Banking Managers (Band 5 RMs), plus associated support staff. ? To manage a large corporate banking portfolio with a current (or short term potential for) FNR of at least AED12m per year Achieve financial and other targets set in the AOP and other plan documents ? Developing and leveraging the HSBC Brand in the market place, including developing new to bank business.
