Provides effective administrative and organizational support to the Group Marketing Director, and assists with general marketing functions as needed. To provide business support to devising, implementing and managing systems and procedures for improved workflow between marketing department and other department. Ensure that all internal systems and processes provide accurate and up to date information for use by various departments.
Key Tasks
• Prepare and keep up to date master templates for all sales presentations
• Perform market research, data collection and monitoring of key market areas
• Ensure information flow of marketing guidelines to all departments
• Assist in keeping the company website up to date
• Assist with information flow in the companies traffic system
• Coordinate with design team on pending jobs and make sure client artwork is received in due time
• Ensure that the artwork meets specification and coordinate between the design team, production team that all material is finalized
• Manage and monitor all artworks campaigns match client approved samples
• Update client listings to maintain accurate information
