Inspection Activities
• Perform product quality checks and ensure product and installation compliance with the Quality Acceptance criteria and project requirements.
• Ensure Inspection and Test Equipment used is calibrated.
• Conduct/perform incoming materials inspection and ensure approval before installation.
• Perform daily surveillance and in progress inspection at site.
• Coordinate with site / project engineer regarding QA/QC issues found on site.
• Perform/conduct work completion inspection with main contractor QA/QC and consultant.
• Prepare weekly progress report and submit to QA/QC Supervisor.
• Ensure that required inspection equipments are calibrated.
Quality Records
• Prepare and compile Inspection reports.
Rejection & NCR’s
• Informs QA/QC Supervisor and prepare rejections reports and potential NCR’s to ensure compliance with the standard Quality Control Acceptance Criteria.
IMS Reporting
• Assist QA/QC supervisor in preparing monthly Inspection activity reports.
IMS Documentation
• Provide QA/QC processes implementation feedback to the QA/QC Supervisor.
