OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Located in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Managing, planning and coordinating the companys quality control program designed to ensure continuous production/service, consistent with established standards in support of the companys business strategy.
Manage the quality control laboratory activities and staff as well as product development and analysis of statistical data and specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy.
Participate in the development of new, and the improvement of existing products.
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Masters Degree

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Tertiary Degree/ Diploma in Food or Dairy Science
5 years+ experience in a related field (Dairy and Juices) and 5 years managerial experience
Working knowledge and understanding of the legislation and requirements having an impact on the area of responsibility (e.g. SASO, Gulf Standards, ISO standards, Health Legislation, Codex Alimentarius, Environments Legislation, GMP, HACCP, etc.)
Open to all nationalities with the right experience including Westerners looking to relocate to tax free Saudi
Must have experience working within a Dairy/ Juice/ Short Shelf Life FMCG or Food background

BENEFITS

Basic Salary 18 22K SAR + Benefits (50k GBP per annum TAX FREE base salary) ($70k USD per annum base salary)
Salary will depend on experience levels

Benefits Package will be in addition to the base salary above and will include:

Housing allowances (equal to 2 months base salary for Single and 3 months for family)
Transportation: Fully maintained company car or monthly allowances
Bonus: Up to 3 months base salary, based on performance
Medical Insurance: covered under company policy
Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave at the end of contract
Tickets: Return trip ticket to home country at the end of contract
Relocation package possible
Schooling Tuition: 50% of actual fees covered by the company for Children enrolled in schools in KSA. (Valid for family status only)
