Role Purpose :
The purpose of the role is to source, attract and identify the best talent for the company and provide necessary supervision, guidance and support to junior team members.Key Responsibilities :
Advertise vacancies to all possible sources or medium utilized by the company Source and screen candidates based on the set criteria of the position and job description provided from the current database and different search engines Conduct assessment center and competency based interview in evaluating potential candidates Schedule and follow up further interviews with Line managers Conducts reference checks on shortlisted candidates Extend verbal offers to all selected candidates Generate reports and other important documents as requested by the manager. Maintain and regularly update recruitment reports to monitor vacancies and recruitment activities File and record all CV applications Reply and inform interviewed candidates on status of CV applications Assist in assessing applications of internal candidates for possible transfer or promotion Manage and monitor employee transfers within the company and in compliance with the headcount structure Design and implement policies and procedures. Evaluate, amend and provide suggestions and recommendations on the recruitment procedure and guidelines. Organize and manage recruitment activities such as Open Day, Career Fairs and etc. Carry out adhoc work as required, involving internal and/or external liaison, within set guidelines provided by the superiors Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers, suppliers and agencies (internal and external) so as to ensure prompt resolution of issues and provide a high service level Meet with line managers to discuss and clarify any recruitment related issues and concerns. Train, develop and supervise junior colleagues and provide the necessary guidance and support Perform other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the manager.
