Technical Secretary at Reem Emirates

Prepare correspondences, reports, and materials for meetings and presentations. Setup Technical Director’s travel arrangements. Maintain Technical Director’s calendar. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Sub-maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.

Research, determine, and order office furniture and supplies. Also allocate office supplies.Coordinate project-based work. Prepare daily progress update reports. Coordinate with inter-departmental representatives to ensure set target are in line with requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, architects to coordinate project works of various stages (awarded , tender , info)
