Brand Manager : A Leading Distribution Company in the UAE
Responsible for planning and maximizing the sales and profit contribution of the brand. Directly accountable for achieving margin targets through timely management of OTB (Open to Buy), stock allocation and replenishment, terminal stock management and retail price structure. Accountable for building and developing a professional relationship and best working practices with the host brand. Responsible for developing marketing initiatives and ensuring the brand is appropriately represented and portrayed in the Middle East market. Recommends pricing of all stock entering the business Recommends buying plans, how to manage stock (phasing, allocation, replenishment, promotions and sales). Works with other managers to help develop advertising and promotional programs, pricing and positioning. Evaluate and analyze program results and represents recommendations for changes in brand strategy. 1. Knowledgeable in beauty line products. 2. Graduated with Degree Holder or with Certification on Beauty Line 3. Knowledgeable in developing presentation materials 4. Excellent in both verbal and written communication (English) 5. Knowledgeable in Marketing Strategy 6. At least minimum of 2 years experience
