Guides and directs management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization’s products and services. Directs the preparation of short
-term and long
-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives. Creates the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization’s current activities and its projected growth. Assists owner and President with strategic planning and turns strategic plans into detailed operational goals and objectives. Oversees executives who direct department activities that implement the organization’s policies. Motivate and lead a highly performing management team ensuring managers and supervisors are following and administering company practices in a fair and equitable manner. Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood. Maintains a sound plan of corporate organization, establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession. Develops and installs procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization. Supervises design of hardware and software systems to assist in the smooth and efficient flow of information. Establishes operating policies consistent with the owner and President’s broad policies and objectives and ensures their execution. Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the President and Owner. Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. Fosters a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, integrity and a positive environment that will enable the company to attract, retain and motivate a diverse group of quality employees. Works with Controller or Financial Officer to manage budget and control expenses effectively. Develops and maintains an effective organizational structure ensuring progressive employee training and development programs. Ensures that all operational and financial activities are in compliance with state and federal laws.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field. Master of Business Administration desirable. Minimum ten (
