CH2M HILL is looking for an experienced Communications Manager to join one of our Programmes in Abu Dhabi to serve the internal and external marketing and communications needs of the programme, with broad responsibilities to include:
Providing overall leadership of the communications and knowledge transfer/training activities.
Managing stakeholder and public outreach programmes.
Managing branding and publicity initiatives.
In particular, the role focuses on:Multi
-Media Communications
Manage programme communications.
Follow publishing policies, guidelines, requirements and best practices.
Support public relations, media coordination, crisis/issue management, journal articles, and reputation management.
Support collateral, signage and display production. Audio, video and photography as needed.
Creation of content for technical reports, technical papers, presentations and abstracts.
Editing input from a variety of sources to ensure consistency of style, presentation and content.
Stakeholder Outreach
Develop and implement a stakeholder and public outreach programme.
Set
-up meetings and make presentations to various stakeholder groups, including governmental agencies and authorities, developers, concerned citizen groups, neighbourhood groups, etc.
Assist client in addressing stakeholder/public complaints during implementation of client programme.
Branding and Publicity
Maintain and update visualizations.
Manage and update public web site page content, media, and functionality.
Manage the submittal of academic papers for professional conferences, magazine articles, etc.
Advise and coordinate with client on the design of programme branding such as displays on site hoardings, design and set up of booth at conferences and other programme publicity materials.
Advise and coordinate on organization of major programme events.
Provide business intelligence assistance including media search on programme
-related topics.
