1. Planning and Administration
- Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Top Management and Department Head/Managers with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
- Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans.
- Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management.
- Establish the organizations goals, objectives and ensure their delivery as per the business plan.
- Analyze and continually assess the performance of the organization against its stated objectives; enact remedies as appropriate.
2. Financial management
- Provide recommendations regarding investments and cash strategies.
- Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit.
- Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company.
- Provide vision and leadership in long – range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency of the company.
- Provide recommendations regarding effective utilization of long and short term debt, including refinancing and purchasing.
3. Organizational Management
- Administer the overall affairs of the company based on the organizational policies.
- Promotes effective communication on all levels of the organization.
- Proactively provide information, support and guidance to all members of management.
- Lead and facilitate project deliverable review meetings with project stakeholders.
