Other essential duties will include client liaison, bid preparation and business development. The ideal candidate will have extensive road and highway design experience as well as a proven track record of people and project management. International experience is essential. In addition knowledge and experience in the Saudi Arabian market will be needed as well as fluency in Arabic.
