The VP of Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Planning Supervisor to assist the FM planning Engineer in feeding the right data generating various maintenance schedules and property databases. Responsible for the activities of a small team and to maintain test datas. To manage MIS reports, system development, comminication and ensure programmes meet property requirements. To work within the FM team to ensure all services are of the highest standards and service level agreements and KPI’s are met. Required to be fluent in Arabic and to hold a diploma in Engineering. Minimum of 3
-5 years working in a Facilities management environment. Must be computer literate, analytical and have good communication skills. Essential to be based in the GCC as no relocation costs are offered.
