Skills:
1. Minimum of 15 years senior retail experience from fashion, jewelry, cosmetics or department stores background is essential
2. Ideally you will have worked for large structured retail companies, European, Australian or US brands with some current or recent Middle East experience
3. Sound financial management and strong analytical skills
4. Strong understanding of Middle East retailing, although spoken Arabic would be preferred it is not essential
5. Excellent work ethic, strong leadership qualities and a focused team player are critical attributes
6. Strong people management, fiscal & budget preparation, good computer skills in Excel, Word are prerequisites
7. Ability to work in a multi cultural team and appreciation of other cultures & values
