Lead and manage all new and renewal agreements for residential leasing, international leasing, airport lounge and office leasing, staff accommodation and warehouse and logistics leasing. Achieve financial results by keeping focused on deriving value from EY?s buying power, rationalizing the rented portfolio and bringing residential lease costs within set housing allowances. Develop and forecast annual leasing budget Manage performance and development of a team of leasing professionals. Ensure development and maintenance of horizon property management system Maintain significant interaction with human resources, facilities management and finance division. Ensure compliance with all local and international leasing regulations and standards. Build and maintain relationships with external parties such as property owners, government and airport authorities. Qualification & Education: Degree level education is required with additional qualifications and extensive practical experience. Experience: Minimum eight years experience in a commercial and/or residential property leasing experience, with at least five years in a managerial role. Training & Knowledge: Knowledge of leases and leasing protocols Networking and negotiation skills are also essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English High computer literacy
