• Must master the latest and greatest programming, designing and reporting tools including Microsoft, .Net technologies, Oracle tools, Crystal Reports, JAVA, C++, etc.

-technical personnel. Ability to document technical reports.
• Knowledge of computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards.
• Knowledge of computer security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English language. Arabic language is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Informations Computer Science or related disciplines with at least 7
-9 years of IT Healthcare exp. out of which 5 years in enterprise hospital / Patient Management / Clinical Systems.
• Certifications in Microsoft .NET/ JAVA/Business OBJECTS/ Oracle / HMIS are preferred.
• Must have implemented at least 2 life cycle projects of world class healthcare software in an enterprise hospital environment with key concentration on Clinical Solutions / Oracle Financials / Radiology /cardiology / Pharmacy, laboratory / PACS etc. Strong knowledge of business operations in a multi
-care healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
