Our client a blue chip leading FMCG business is seeking to appoint a Learning & Development Manager as part of a new regional HR centre of excellence. The organisation has achieved significant success in the Middle East and is now looking forward to a further phase of growth. Reporting into the MEA Learning Centre Head you will work in partnership with colleagues to ensure that L&D Strategy supports the key business goals and priorities and develop it to align with local business strategy & global HR strategy. The individual in this post will be responsible for full management of the L& D function and will be responsible for developing internal, external talent agendas and managing relationships with external suppliers. Provide programs which orient, train, and develop the employees of MEA by improving the skills, knowledge, abilities, and competencies necessary for individual and organizational efficiency and productivity as well as personal career growth. You would be instrumental in the design & implementation of the ISD Model of L&D. The required candidate will be professional, commercial, self
-starter who is able to manage change and someone who can continue to push the boundaries of the learning and development function as a centre of excellence. You must have experience in Design, Implementation & Delivery of Program development by ISD, CBC set up, Organization development, HRD task leading, HRD strategy set up, IIP evaluation & Train the trainer. Experience of setting up learning management systems and creating externally accredited courses would be an advantage. You will need to have acquired excellent programme and project management skills and be familiar with supporting a number of diverse businesses.
