Change International is currently recruiting an in house Legal Advisor for one of its clients, rapidly expanding real estate development company. The Legal Counsels role includes handling all the companys legal affairs relating to sub
-developments within the firms projects. The role requires commercial as well as legal skills, the ability to negotiate and close deals as well as document them in English or Arabic. Familiarity with co
-developments, joint ventures and establishing companies are all essential. The legal counsel should have the ability to think creatively and identify solutions to problems. Responsibilities:
• Handle all negotiations.
• Provide legal consultation on all matters and new laws.
• Perform legal study, revision, research, analysis, and give a legal opinion
• Draft and review various commercial agreements (Sales, Purchase, Construction, Agencies, Share Transfers, MOUs, MOAs, Side Agreements, Joint Ventures, Acquisitions, Lease, C
-developments) in both Arabic and English.
• Establish and set up companies (obtain licenses, permissions, registrations and complete all necessary work with the relevant governmental authorities)
• Attend to clients legal enquiries.
• Send legal notices and terminations to defaulting clients when required. Requirements/ Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Law (Masters is a plus)
• 8
-10 years Experience in Real Estate sector
• Gulf experience a plus
• Computer Literacy (Word

-Internet knowledge)
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
• Strong leadership, presentational, problem solving, decision
