1. Tracking Market data
- Daily extract from Platts’ Oilgram and update of data base
- Daily extract of Spot Brent and other crude oil marker prices and update of data base.
- Daily extract of LPG Prices and update of data base.
- Providing summaries of pricing according to relevant pricing period.
- Scanning and extraction of relevant market data (prices concluded, new projects, published Tenders.
- Sourcing applicable Market data to support project work. 2. Provide Forecasts based on analysis of market data to support business decision making. 3. Tracking Operational Data
- Gathering specified shipment loading data following each shipment and update to data base.
- Compares Actual performance against established targets and highlights deviations. 4. Issue Shipment performance reports and identification of improvement / optimization opportunities and to support sales and marketing efforts. 5. Cost and Sales Reporting:
- Tracking actual and projecting future operational costs and generating appropriate management reports.
- Tracking all sales and generating appropriate managements reports. 6. Reporting:
- Providing Operational cost reports
- Providing Sales Reports 7. Any additional tasks / functions identified by leadership. Education B Degree in Marketing or equivalent Experience: 6 – 8 years Marketing and/or marketing analyst experience 2 years experience in Oil and Gas Strong analitical skills Research market data and provide forecast. Good reporting skills
