Job Description: 1. Obtain up to date visual merchandising information for all brands, implement and train store staff on standards and products
2. Prepare the Visual Display calendar for all the brands taking into consideration new additions, brand specific display standards, etc and discuss with the relevant departments to ensure its effective implementation.
3. Propose and implement creative concepts for visual display/ window dressing, in store merchandise, accessories etc
4. Conduct regular store visits and liaise with the store staff to carry out the merchandising in the stores.
5. Coach/ guide the store personnel about the importance of visual merchandising/ awareness.
6. Ensure the standards of visual merchandising are being maintained in all the stores.
7. Research on trends in visual displays and merchandising techniques in the regional and international markets and propose new/ innovative ideas to ensure the brand presence is in line with the international trends and standards but at the same time reflects regional flavor.
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Skills:
1. Intermediate or “A” Levels with a Diploma / Vocational Qualification in “Design, Display and Exhibition”.
2. 5 to 8 years relevant experience
3. A strong portfolio of previous work
4. Project Management exposure
5. Computer literacy
6. Driving license
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
