Our client is a leading entity based in Abu Dhabi, UAE with a strong presence in the region who is looking to add a Paralegal to their team. The successful candidate will work closely with 3
-person Legal team to provide support in all stages of corporate transactions and litigation to ensure successful and timely completion of tasks. Coordinate and assist in the preparation of documents required to comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the UAE and other jurisdictions where the Company does business. Responsible for administrative oversight of Companys legal vehicle structure and organizational documents.Previous experience : At least 3 years Secretarial or Paralegal experience Specialist knowledge : A good understanding or interest in Law. Other Skills : A good understanding or interest in UAE laws and regulations. Current Residence : Abu Dhabi, UAE
