We require an experienced Project Director with strong Airports/ Build capability. This role is in support of the award of a new airport project and will represent the JV partners in the delivery of the build programme (not civil aspects) The role is build delivery focused (post contract), full design overview, programme and build delivery of a major regional hub. Candidates should have 5 years experience as a Project Director on the delivery of major schemes either in the GCC region or beyond. Candidates should have delivered at least 1 major Airport project either as Senior PM or PD level either here in the GCC or beyond. Candidates should be based in the UAE or GCC. Candidates should have 15
-20 years industry experience. Candidates will require to have an degree in a relevant construction field to be considered for this role or ONC / HNC as a basic minimum.
