-Maintaining the Master Project Schedule and short
-interval schedules.
-Implementing the Project Management Information System and maintaining complete project records.
-Tracking and reporting on project issues, financials, risks, and progress
-Assisting in multiple levels of Intergovernmental Agreements, Consultants contracts, and CM/GC contracts
-Developing bid packages, reviewing proposals and contracts, administering change orders, and verifying contract compliance
-Participating in and reviewing design
-Demonstrate ability to interpret and understand contract documents (specifications and drawings)

-Verifying facility work conformance/completion, tracking warranty items, and supporting client with coordination of project occupancy

-In conjunction with a site staff manage quality systems for the control of the on site and off site operations
-Production of monthly progress reports monitoring progress against the agreed project programme and the financial status of the respective sub

-Responsible for the recording and monitoring the project costs including raising invoiceUniversity qualifications : Bsc in civil engineer Previous experience : at least 5 years experience in same field as project engineer have experience in saudi arabia is prefered Specialist knowledge : Autocad Other Skills : very good communication skills Leadership ability very good negotiation Skills very good user of computer programms specialy Autocad Gender Preference : male Nationality Preference: egyption Language Skills : Exellent english language Oral and Written Current Residence : egypt
