As a Property Assistant , you will be required to provide support to both the residential leasing and sales teams by: Attending to all residential sales and leasing inquiries from prospective clients relating to information about the properties, availability status, and future projects Providing accurate and relevant information on the above to build customer interests and be able to convert a general inquiry into a revenue opportunity Gathering feedback obtained by customers and forwarding it to the relevant teams Entering data onto the Customer Relations database system Maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times
