Reporting to the Senior Property Operation Manager, it is the responsibility of the Property Manager to maintain charge and the running order of the properties. The Property Manager will commence duties prior to the opening of the Mall in order to perform a smooth handover from the Project Manager in order to become familiar with the mall operations prior to the mall opening to the public. The Property Manager will also oversee a number of Departments and Departmental Managers.You will have 5+ years in Managerial position with UAE/GCC Retail experience – specifically in Shopping Malls. You will have a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Business Management, Engineering, or Finance. It is essential that the successful candidate is Bilingual – Arabic & English.
