Job Description:
Reporting directly to the CEO and based in Dubai, the primary purpose of the role is to manage and develop the complete leasing function of the Company in order to maximize the commercial return. Key to achieving this purpose is the responsibility of driving the leasing team as a profit center and market leader by efficiently cultivating new and existing relationships with clients.
The successful jobholder is expected to assume the role of Commercial Director as part of the succession plan and will head the Division upon meeting a set of agreed KPI and time frame.
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities:
This role shall be responsible in developing and implementing a leasing strategy that will effectively respond to the business requirements of the new projects and space vacancies of the Company to optimize rental revenue and returns of the Company’s portfolio of properties.
Skills:
To be considered for this role, candidates must currently be a Leasing Manager/Assistant Manager for a reputable real estate company in Dubai with demonstrated success in the last five years in commercial/residential leasing. He must be a bachelors degree holder from a recognized university and must possess a strong strategic leasing focus and business acumen. The candidate must have excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
