Purpose and Scope
Ensures application of correct codes, standards and design engineering practices in the design and development of plants associated with the Companys oil and gas production, pressure maintenance, transport and exsprot.
Provides expert advice to discipline engineers in civil design,. Ensures uniformity of approach in designing the plant and specifying the equipment. Provides technical advice to other divisions and departments on all civil and structural engineering related matters.
Civil and structural works include concrete/steel structures, infrastructures, marine works, roads, renovation of existing facilities, etc.
