We are seeking and targeting experienced Store Managers who possess passion for fashion and sales Position : Stores Manager Reports to General Manager Key Responsibility : To ensure the store operates and is managed following best practice procedures and reflects the quality standards the company aspires to. Key Accountabilities: Create and implement an ambiance appropriate to the prestige lifestyle image of the store. Identify key clients and develop effective client relations to create repeat and continued business. Maximize sales by implementing and monitoring sales assistants’ client books and sales ability. Motivate, develop and train team Receive customer feedback Provide regular product knowledge and sales training to team Oversee visual merchandising of store Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sale process, i.e.; changing room, pos etc. Ensure that store procedures and guidelines for merchandise display and storage are implemented Create an atmosphere and culture for high achievements where individuals are motivated to succeed Conduct store orientation for new employees. Provide sell through data to line manager Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying behavior to line manager Participate in buying trips when appropriate Conduct performance management and appraisal on all subordinates Ensure manpower scheduling makes optimal use of resources Conduct weekly team meetings Attend and contribute to regular line management and team meetings Carry out assignments as directed Line ManagerBA Degree in Management or related field Minimum 4 years experience in Luxury Retail Management . This will ideally have been gained within medium to large organisation(s) A good understanding of practices in the industry At least 3 years of Management Experience Excellent Communication , Management and Development Skills Good analytical and numerical skills PC literacy
