- IT Operational support
- Provide high quality IT support for the users (diagnose incidents, solutions documentation)
- Installation, deployment, maintenance and support of the MS windows operating system as per SLA
- Documentation, follow the SIS processes and guidelines, customer follow up, special assignments
- Special/emergency ad hoc tasks/projects assign by GO Management
