Duties in relation to a specific business area for:
- Production, analysis & reporting of daily desk P&Ls
- Daily production of risk measures used to limit desk branch risk
-taking Business areas concerned cover Capital Markets, Money Market & Derivatives, FX, Treasury Sales and Equities Ensuring that all valuation processes & procedures for specific desks (covering inter alia, price sourcings & provisions) are
- Appropriate
- Consistently adhered to Ensuring that Treasury dealing manual, desk & dealer mandates & Approved Product List are adhered to for one or several specifically allocated desks Involvement as appropriate in new business initiatives/new product introductions/new systems introduction Participate in the production of reports for the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) Liaising with other Branch Middle Offices on an ongoing basis The successful applicant will have a strong Product Control background with excellent knowledge of products including Money Markets, Bonds, Repos, FX, Interest Rate and Cross Currency Interest Rate Swaps. You will also have excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and previous project experience. You will have experience based within a financial institution and ideally have an accounting qualification and experiemce with Murex.
