Vice President Strategy : NSI


VP Strategy required for a government organisation in Dubai, UAE. My client is responsible for providing a fair platform and environment for the trading of securities across the UAE. The Job profile includes the following and there other duties might be assigned:
- Creates a planning model that supports the organization’s mission and values based on an internal and external needs assessment.
- Monitors the external environment and identifies opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy.
- Sets priorities for planning activities across all divisions and functions.
- Serves as strategic liaison for key organizational initiatives between all divisions and their customers.
- Assesses current models of business operations and develops appropriate new models as needed.

Must have strong financial services experience and extensive expertise in financial modeling. Fluent English Language giving the Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Arabic Language is a must. Master’s degree (M. A.) will be an asset. Bachelor in Business Financial Services Experience with an emphasis on Financial Modeling
