We are currently looking to recruit a National Sales Manager for the Lexus brand. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Lexus sales functions by formulating sales strategies and developing sales forecasts, ensuring that the sales operation adheres to the company mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of operating standard procedures. – -You will be responsible for the achievement of Lexus sales goals by directing sales teams to achieve targets as required by the Management and – -for supporting the – -Dealer Principals in hiring, firing and conducting performance appraisals of Sales associates.The key accountabilities of this role will include:* Contributing to the achievement of revenue, profit, unit sales and Employee/Guest Engagement through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention and efficient distribution plans for the UAE.* Assisting the sales teams to achieve pre -determined operational targets by defining and preparing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the Management.* Recommending incentive schemes to top management and ensuring implementation of the selected schemes across the network to maintain associates’ commitment in delivering results.* Monitoring the performance of the Sales team vs targets and standards and working with DPs/Branch Sales Managers to take corrective measures as necessary.* Coordinating the sales activities to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring.* Planning operational budgets for the operations and cascading to the branches through regular management meetings to ensure the branches’ performance confirms to the set parameters.* Leading and collaborating cross -functional teams within the field of sales organisation by operational performance discussions to facilitate business achievements.* Liaising with other departments in the Head Office to assist in the implementation of company wide projects in the Branch through active participation in team undertakings.* Managing high level customer escalations or issues arising out of transactional situations by promoting Guest Engagement philosophy to ensure overall targets are achieved.* Continuously monitoring and evaluating sales achievements by promoting Division Kaizen activities as well as adjusting business strategies to achieve set targets.* Evaluating the performance of the sales operations through enhancing and re -allocating resources to improve overall results, in conjunction with Centre Managers.The ideal candidate will have the following experience:* Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent* 8 years experience in Sales where 5 years in Management role* Certificates – Toyota Way Sales & Marketing* Be able to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.* Job requires someone who can accept criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.* Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
