Job Purpose: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working in close partnership with business partners, community leaders, the product management and creative teams, the Business Manager will develop strategies for and manage the execution of online and offline marketing activities, sales and distribution activities, business development in Ad Media and monetization to support overall customer acquisition, conversion, and retention objectives for online games. Working cross-functionally with Product Managers, finance, creative, legal, and technology resources, you will own the development and execution of marketing plan concepts and tactics, business development plans and launch promotions for the purpose of growing our regional market reach and user base. The position is an opportunity for the right individual to have a major impact on the fast-growing field of online gaming in the Middle East Key Accountabilities • Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation : o Create appropriate marketing strategies for each targeted demographic and geography, based on understanding / researching consumer behavior in the online gaming environment , and understanding of online communication, market trends, and Internet environment. Strategies will aim at acquiring new users ( gamers) and retain them in the game. o Plan, design, develop, manage, and execute, projects and initiatives related to the launch, production, release, promotion and distribution of the company’s products across the region. o Brand Management – by articulating and implementing a brand strategy and to create a valuable brand experience through the proper use of graphics, marketing messages and event attendance and participation
