The team is also responsible – -for identifying the results and variances in the business performance for management information and reference. – - – - – -Specific functions – -are as follows: – - MONTHLY REPORTS* Monthly service performance reports with analysis.* Provides monthly and year to date inter branch comparison reports.FINANCIAL PROCEDURES* Assist in preparation of annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast. * Check incentive payouts/claims and prepare report.* Monitor cost of SAP Licences, Software, and Hardware costsSYSTEMS* Monitor SAP licenses and users.* Regular review authorization of the SAP users.* Assist the systems analyst maintaining prices in the system.* Solve problems related to systems as assigned by service desk.* Conduct trainings to end -users when necessary.* Communicate new article BOMs to the branches.* Prepare service request and request for change.* Conduct meeting with STS related to system issues and improvementPROCUREMENT* Constant coordination with central procurement regarding issues/concerns with suppliers* Communicate with Central Procurement for items that need to under online bidding.* Arrange communication with suppliers and consolidation of data related to online bidding.* Monitoring of contracts with supplier.* Communicate new prices to the branches.STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT* Write standard operating procedures to standardized and document the processes across the branches.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT* Review business processes and identify areas for improvement.AUDIT * Conduct spot audit in the branches to check accuracy of Work in Progress, Invoices, and HeadcountTo be successfully considered for – -this role, you will require:* Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)* Exposure – -to any computerised accounting system* Good English communication skills (verbal & written)* The ability to manage time effectively, with the ability to handle multi tasking – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - * 2 -3 yrs working experience MIS Department of an automotive industry* 2 -3 years experience in using SAP particularly FICO / BIW / Customer Service module is a must.* Exposure in systems and business process review is an advantage.* Knowledge in procurement processes will also be an advantage. – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - * Degree/Diploma in Commerce/Accountancy* Field of Specialisation in Financial Analysis / Auditing / Systems
