Our client own a small – medium sized shopping mall containing 50 high end retail outlets and require a Marketing/PR Manager to increase the footfall to the mall. Responsible for managing effective and engaging relationships with all tenants residing within the mall, defining short – and long -term strategies for the shopping mall and its tenant portfolio, managing and implementing a year around active calendar of marketing communications, corporate communications, partnership, promotion, special event, promotion, digital and social media activities, which are brand building and drive measurable growth in footfall to the Mall and its resident boutiques. Actively monitor, guide and support Mall brand standards implementation and compliance. Manage effective and dynamic relationships with tenants of the Mall. – To direct, oversee and manage all marketing activities of the Mall. – To conceptualise, activate and execute promotions, special events, exhibitions and other initiatives for the shopping destination. – To direct the Mall -s continuous publicity through advertising, promotions, digital marketing, visual merchandising, direct consumer communications, social media, partnerships as well as public relations with Corporate Communications. – Engage in innovative marketing initiatives which enhance the branding and positioning aspects of the Mall locally, regionally and internationally. – To construe and conduct market research and surveys in aspects of competitive set, mall positioning, consumer preferences, trends and luxury brands. – Executive and periodically adjust comprehensive marketing strategies and programmes in support of the Mall and its tenants and managing all marketing activities within designated budgets.
