A global, broad-based health care company in the Middle East is seeking to hire a skilled Senior Logistics Coordinator . Your will provide Logistical support to the Gulf Region at all levels of Materials Management (MM) from source to end user.The other job responsibilities would include Ensure orders for Gulf Region (Kuwait, UAE, Qatar and Oman) are entered promptly and accurately within five after receipt. Ensure orders are entered as per the forecast in ADS which has been communicated by Demand Manager. To ensure all approvals from MM and Business Unit Director's are received prior to order entry Ensure RCMAS are done when required and follow up on approval with ALOG on weekly basis on outstanding issues Provide complete and fast customer service on all MM-related issues to internal and external customers Ensure and manage filing of MM-related documentation, official orders, approvals, copies of LC's, all related communication relating to the orders Be familiar with the range of Company's Pharma and Legacy Solvay products so as to be able to identify list no., description, source, etc Be familiar with shipping codesconditions of sales and payment terms for customers – reefernon reefer etc. ship-to codes for each customer depending on the product type Ensure that Financial Analyst, General Manager, Finance Director and Regulatory Director approvals are obtained for all free of charge and samples orders prior to entry Coordinate and check letters of credit and any amendments (if applicable) requested by ALOG’s shipping and treasury departments. Follow up with Customer and sending amendments to ALOG treasury department Acknowledge, verify and file treasury notesorders Ensure that prices and lead times on orders are in compliance with tender conditions and follow up to ensure timely shipments to prevent penalties Ensure that all administrative aspects of the job are handled in a methodical and timely manner (undertaking letters to customers, open order reports, shipment reports) Maintaining KPI folder of UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar for Data Accuracy, Back Orders, LBE, Local Customer Service KPI, Inventory Cycle Count.
