The International Cricket Council (“ICC”) is the global governing body for the sport of cricket. We are looking for a properly qualified and experienced individual to join the HR & Administration team. The position will be based in Dubai at the ICC’s global headquarters in Dubai Sports City and reports to the Manager HR & Administration. Role The incumbent will assist the HR & Admin Manager with all aspects of the function including but not limited to Office Administration, Supplier Management and Government liaison. Key Accountabilities * All aspects of Office Administration including repairs and maintenance, CCTV monitoring and office access * Supervise the Travel Function * Expatriation and repatriation process for staff * Liaise with Government departments (TECOM, imports & export documentation, licensing, lease etc) * Management of the Training function * Management of Staff Insurance policies – particularly medical aid, life, travel and local liability related * Procurement (goods & services) * Supervision of annual leave and other staff records * Health & Safety including but not limited to providing the right training for fire marshals and first-aiders * Manage & control the budget for activities within area of influence * Manage projects assigned by the Line Manager from time to time Staff Responsibilities Responsible for management and supervision of the activities of 5 direct reports including 2 Travel Coordinators, and office support staff.
