They initiate, drive and support Abu Dhabi?s urban development strategy whilst developing the future of the capital?s built environment. Due to continued growth of the commercial team and an enhanced focus on the delivery of infrastructure led projects, there is now a need to appoint a number of experienced Contracts Administrators. The successful candidates will have extensive knowledge of various types of contracts including FIDIC and EPC. Candidates whose experience covers varied / broad contractual agreements to manage all corporate contracts will also be considered. Due to the fact that these schemes are at the very beginning of development, all discussions and preparations will be pre-contract, meaning this type of experience is essential. To be considered for this role, you must hold a BSc in civil engineering or quantity surveying from a recognised University. Professional affiliation is preferred with at least 15 years experience on large complex infrastructure schemes working for a consultancy and a developer. Candidates who have worked in the UAE for the past five years will be given first preference.

Your Roles & Responsibilities : a) Be the face of the company and maintain the employees and the company are fully in line with the Local Rules & Regulations. b) Co-ordinate all documents required by government departments to obtain various approvals for the company’s employees and visas for authorized visitors. c) Prepare & submit all documentation required for labor department approval for new hires. d) Work together with the HR Department to establish a relationship with the labor department to obtain approvals for the employee & business visitors. e) Process attestation of employee qualifications & civil documents as required f) Prepare documents to assist the new joiners in medical checkup & pay bank guarantee for approved employees to obtain work permit. g) Coordinate & prepare documentation required for renewal of labor cards, health card & other documents to ensure all labor department & statutory requirements are complete. h) Work together with the HR Department to obtain immigration department approval for all employees, new hires, the company’s guests to ensure compliance to UAE laws. i) Prepare & submit all documentation required for obtaining various categories of visas and other immigration related documents. j) Prepare documentation & coordinate for renewal of visit visa, employment & residence visa for all employees to ensure all immigration department & statutory requirements are fulfilled. k) Prepare documentation for obtaining approvals & also for renewals from Ministry of Economy, Chamber of Commerce etc to ensure conformance to UAE laws
