FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are currently looking to expand the – -Storage Handling – -Solutions team by recruiting a Sales Engineer – Linde to be based in Dubai. The successful candidate – -will be responsible for achieving and exceeding agreed budgeted sales and margin, while managing CSI targets and the market growth of both the products and the company within the appointed territory. The key accountabilities of this role will include:* Extending market share to agreed levels* Achieving departmental receivables target* Achieving maximum market awareness by territory* Development of Industry knowledge, particularly, Storage & Materials Handling & Supply Chain* Ensuring all units sold are supported by professional parts and after sales support, raising the market reputation* FAMCO -SHS -Linde brand positioning* Communicating and negotiating with internal and external customers across the appointed territories with regards to sales issues* Focusing on best practice, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the drive for industry leadershipThe Sales Engineer will report directly in to the Regional Sales Manager and is key – -to implementing the sales strategy for Linde across the appointed territory. The holder will focus on attaining and achieving sales budgets and market penetration, while driving the solution selling concept to the market place and ensuring synergy across all SHS, FAMCO and Group Divisions.Suitable candidates should have the following skills and experience:* Bachelor Degree with Engineering background* 3 years of machinery or industrial sales experience* Negotiation, presentation and closing skills, * Valid driving license* PC literate* Be customer focused* Individual accountability* Continuous improvement* Personal leadership* Teamwork
