– Identify, through available tools and together with Sales and HR, training needs for internal and customers – sales force focusing on technical tire knowledge and product information. – Design, re -design courses in line with Regional directive and available materials. – Produce and publicize Quarterly Training Calendars according to undertaken needs analysis exercises that meet the demand of courses that produce a business return in the areas of Selling and Technical Training. – Deliver the agreed number and type of programs, follow up on learning, and report results. – Liaise closely with headquarters – training organization and benchmark with other regions for best practices. Get familiar with and use existing internal training tools. – Deliver Training to other parts of the organization – Head Office – Support on soft skills training delivery.Fluent in English, oral and written, Arabic and/or French is a strong advantage Technical competence in tires Public speaking skills – ability to deliver a clear, well understood message to others Methodical in thought and actions, presents strongly with conviction Adaptive and sensitive to different internal/external customer groups Availability to travel (approx 50%) Computer literate in Word /Lotus Notes/Powerpoint/Excel to advanced level Between 5 and 10 years of experience in the tire industry and business
