Mission: – Identify potential Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) customers / opportunities and sell CSP systems / solutions – Coordinating the bidding / bid preparation with HQ in Germany – Define a competitive overall solution concept, including delivery scope and conditions, which meets the customer and project requirements – Cluster sales responsibility, reporting to Division Cluster Lead (DCL) – Control the CSP business for ME Cluster, with close coordination with ME Cluster countries and HQ (Germany) – Undertake local bid support, including preparation of local ‘onshore’ work scopes and grow the Sales Team as per market / sales growth in the ClusterWorking Partners: – Governmental, EPC, Consultants and potential Developers / Investors working in the Renewable Energy field, Siemens ME countries and HQ Germany, existing customer / market customer contacts in the METasks: – Support HQ for any bid preparation, including all local ‘on -shore’ work scopes – Identify CSP Opportunities / Potential Customers, plan and identify Key Customer Accounts, Update and Maintain Philos sales database – Follow and advise DCL / HQ on new or local advancements in CSP technologies and competitor activity in the Middle East – Provide win / loss / risk / lessons learnt analysis and ensure consistent bids, prices and claim strategy – Become technically knowledgeable in CSP in order to present to customers and to be able to prepare local bid scope – Coordinate preparation / participation of CSP exhibitions, conferences & seminars including “Papers”, customer presentations, road shows and handle customer queries – Plan & Grow Sales Team: Define Strategy & Expand Bid Team as per sales / market growth & requirements – Implement & Update CSP Strategy for Middle East and Coordinate / support country strategies – Responsible for Go/No -Go and LOA requirements as well as bid / project requirements – Prepare CSP Reports: Monthly, Quarterly, BTA, Strategy – Achieve CSP Financial Targets : Meet PV OI, Revenue, Cash Flow and SLA Cost targets as per BTA – Handle customer queries and complaints and manage relationship (Interface to customer) – Learn and adopt the required internal CSP sales and bid toolsEducation:University Degree in Electrical EngineeringKnowledge/Languages: – Good knowledge in Renewable Energy Market – Good knowledge in Electrical SystemsExperience: – Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a relevant field – Good knowledge in Bid Management – Good knowledge in Project Management – Must have worked abroadCapabilities: – Excellent Communication Skills – Excellent Decision Making Skills – Result Orientation
